Next we get a feel for the empty lot and surroundings, learning our clients needs, wants, desires, styles, function and purpose. As this process continues, hardscape and landscape scenerios are discussed and rough hard and soft decisions are made.
The layout is conceived with a conceptual landscape plan followed by a preliminary landscape layout plan – stamped, sealed and signed by one of our Texas registered landscape architects. Renderings of elevation, views, color renderings are available upon request.
Next the building process starts and we break ground as sequential needed for along the building process. There are typically discoveries, changes and additions along the building process that we learn hand-in-hand with the builder and then we produce and revise any and all:
- Detailed landscape plan
- Irrigation plan
- Lighting plan
- Special details
- Cross-sections
- Engeineering drawings
- Etc.
This includes all city/municipalities, engineering, architectural drawings, review committees and board meetings throughout the process.
